ReplyDeleteI'll work on the food porn, and in the meantime, I am glad that your first week of medical school went well! I'm very jealous of all the cool anatomical knowledge you're soaking up!! Since I study Victorian gynecology texts I get some cool stuff, but it's prolly not quite as (freaking) awesome as actually holding a pair of lungs or (in my case) seeing the uterus, ovaries, fallopian tubes, etc in person. If you ever want to send me a picture of those things, feel free:-)

DeleteThanks! I must admit, the lungs and heart were pretty cool to hold. The pelvic region was just ... weird. I didn't even know how complicated it gets down there. Probably will never be an Ob-Gyn. Wish I could send you a photo, but they don't allow us to take pictures of the cadavers.
